ASTM D3574 Computer Servo Control Foam Indentation Force Deflection Tester 1/1000
I. Purpose:
Use to test the indentation hardness for elastic foaming material, such as compounded foam, PU foam.
II. Theory:
computer software control, first press 75% of the sample thickness, release and then press 25% for 20 seconds. Load cell force sensor will automatically record and show its force. That would be the hardness of the foam. Also 40%, 65% is programmable.
