Professional IEC 60331 Line and Cable Fire Resistance Testing Equipment
Introduction:
Fire Resistance Tester is used in test conditions where the basic flame temperature is at least 750ºC and tests the cable exposed to the flame that needs to maintain the circuit integrity.

Features:
1. The burner has a Ventury Mixer structure and it's a ribbon type propane gas burner with a front length of 500mm
2. Structured with 3 rows of cross holes, Average front width of burner: 15mm, Hole diameter: 1.32mm, Distance between the center: 3.2mm.
3. Allows a polished hole row in pilot hole for flame preservation in both faces of Burner plate
4. A sample support is fixed with a clamp on the side to avoid movement and the other side allows heat spread in length.
5. The central part of the cable is approx. 300mm separated and it's supported by two metal rings. Besides the 2 metal rings there are other ground connected parts.
6. The internal diameter of sample support ring is approx. 150mm made of metal, round shape with a 10±2mm diameter.
7. The front of Burner position is located to be at least 200mm from chamber floor or at least 300mm from chamber's wall surface.
8. The horizontal axis of burner is located 70±10mm downwards from lowest part of sample cable and vertical axis of burner is located approx. 45mm from the vertical axis.
9. Two thermocouple(A,B) are horizontally installed separated 45mm left and right of burner center-line to check if ignition input is within 750+50ºC.
10. Add for KWA 409(Korea Wire Shipbuilding Industry Cooperative) of Fire resistance test(options)
11. It has 2 type of mode which manual mode by control panel and auto mode by computer software.
Before order, user can select it. It is customizing. And if order IEC 60331-11,12 and BS 6387, user can use one Slidacs system(various up to 1,000V power supplier). Cost should be down.
