Application:
NFPA 701-2004 Flammability Tester is used to assess the propagation of flame beyond the area exposed to the ignition source. It is applicable to fabrics or other materials used in curtains, draperies or other window treatments and single-layer fabrics and multilayer curtain and drapery assemblies in which the layers are fastened together by sewing or other means. It is not applicable to specimens having an area density greater than 700g/m2.
